3-year-old drowns in above-ground pool

The Livingston Parish Sheriff's Office is investigating another case where a child has drowned.
Livingston Sheriff's Deputies were called to Reinninger Road in Denham Springs on Tuesday, June 26 just after 3 p.m.
According to the Sheriff's Office Jarde Biggs, 3, of Denham Springs was swimming in an above ground pool with several others.
The report says that everyone got out of the pool and Jarde Biggs was found unresponsive in the water. After all attempts to save his life, Jarde was pronounced dead of an apparent drowning.
